Facebook question - hiding friends?

A little advice here...I'm no FB expert but I clicked on a friends post about peeping & I wanted to see who was looking into my profile...WRONG! I got a bad virus-lost EVERYTHING on my computer-alot of the apps are loaded with viruses...be VERY careful!

I wish that my game threads were only seen by those friends of mine playing the games.

I hate getting crap from games I don't play so I can only imagine my friends must feel the same way.

I made a list of my "game" friends and when I want to post something from my FB games I only send it to them. It takes an extra step, but I figure it's worth it.

It drives me crazy when people complain about the game posts but refuse to block them I block those join me to win this and that prize things, but I don't complain about them...

There is a way to hid all applications.. you have to use Firefox and the application is called FB purity. You do have to download Greasemonkey for it to work, but you do not get all the games updates and only get typed responses.

I love FB purity.. i had it on old feed and just confirmed with my DH that it does work and run on the new feed. He has it running on the new FB feed.
