Facebook photo tagging question

Does Facebook no longer show a tagged person's name when you hover the cursor over them in a picture?

Yes it does. If you tagged someone and they didn't want to be tagged, then they might have untagged themselves.

It seems to work part of the time, and not work most of the time lately

I just posted 2 large group photos and none of the names where showing when I hovered even though all of the tag names where still there.
