Facebook help?

Okay, so I keep hearing about this "Flair" that's on facebook. What do you do, or how do you get it?
Also, can people add comments or stuff?
I am completely lost.

flair is comparable to say.. a pin lanyard that you'd wear in disney!

Flair is similar to the Bumper Sticker application on facebook, only I think it's better because you can search for certain images.
I guess just do a search Pieces of Flair on facebook, and it should come up.
Warning: it's REALLY addictive. lol
