Facebook down again, is it just me?

Ha ha! Yes, I know I just had a post like this last week but it has been down all day. It has been going down, for hours, almost every day for a week. I've tried it on 2 computers and an iPod, so it's not the computer that's the problem.

So, once again...is it just me? If so, do you know how to contact them to find out wth is up?
