face painting ?

Has anyone done the facepainting at WDW. DD would love to have her face painted. How much did you pay? Was it worth it? Did it smear or run? Was it hard to wash off? I want to know everything. The only thing I have let the kids do it to get a temp tatoo on their arm. I would love to see pics.

DD did this at AK. She was a tiger and it looked awesome, she paid $15 for it. It lasted all day but we did make her wash it off before swimming that night. It took maybe 15min from entering the line and being done.

She plans to do it again as a diff animal this year.

My DD was a tiger, too!! She got hers done at Epcot near the USA pavilion when DH was doing the Sam Adams beer seminar. It was $15, and covered her whole face. She looked awesome!

She did have a bit of it smear, but that was because we went for dinner about half an hour after she had it done- the area right at the corners of her mouth got wiped off from her napkin. We washed the rest off that night before bedtime. Wasn't hard to wash it off, with soap and water (although I used eye makeup remover near her eyes). I have a cool pic, but since I'm computer skills-challenged, I can't post it.

we have done it a few times, DD3 and I were twins once!! $15 each face for us, very cute and durable, washed off in tub, loved it.

Yup! DD got hers done at Toontown. The later you go, the shorter the lines. DD waited only about 5 mins at 10:45 that night.

Yes,when we went last year to MNNSHP face painting was free. DD8 got the Tink face paint, it was very cute.

My dd was always wanting to have her face painted and I always said no (did't want to part with the money for something so temporary). Good think I never wasted my money on it. She had the free face painting at MNSSHP and demanded to have it washed off within 15 minutes. Said it made her face itch.

Glad to know about the free face painting at mnsshp. I was planning on letting my girls do this this year and pay for it. Now we will get it done at the party for free.
