Face painting locations?

Can anyone let me know the face painting locations in the four parks? I understand they relocate from time-to-time?

We're going in early November, so not sure if they will move again before then...

Along these same lines, does anyone know if there are temporary tattoos available in the parks? I am realizing face painting and water rides may not mix too well, lol!

You can check etsy before your trip. Probably more options for cheaper!

They will retouch throughout the day for free.
