Fabric Paint ?

I have just finished painingmy 7 MNSSHP dalmation t-shirts. The instructions say tafter 72 hours to wash in warm water. I'm concerned about this because they are cotten t's. If they shrink I have no time to redo them. We are leaving on Friday. Can I wash them in cold? Will it make a difference? TIA

I wouldnt do anything with them at all. Wash them after you wear them. Usually when I make shirts, I wash and dry them(with out fabric softener) before I paint them. That way if they shrink, it happened before hand. Bus I am thinking the shirts you painted were not washed first - that is why I wouldnt do anything. Worry about it when you get back

I washed the shirts in cold before I painted them. But the instructions say to wash again but in warm water. Does it make a difference? Does the second washing "sset" yhe paint?
