But Michelle at F2 did tell me they had a minimum of 100$ for balloons.

I've been talking with Michelle at f2 balloons, also (thanks to Kayla's Mom. I can't wait to see what they do for us during the holidays. We're doing 3 separate themes for our rooms. The kids get a tropical theme, the living room will be the Christmas theme and DH and my room will be a romantic theme. They are so creative and Michelle has been so patient with me trying to work with my crazy ideas. I know it will cost lots, but sometimes it's sooooo worth it. The smiles and memories my kids and grandkids will have will be priceless.
