F&WF? Do we know dates - or have any clue based on past years?

Just wondering - I'm kind of scared it will be around free dining time, and the rooms will all fill up before I make my ressies

The 2006 Festival will be held 9/29/06-11/12/06.

Free dining for travel most nights 8/13/06-9/30/06.

...now, people can book for 10 nights on free dining, the last day to start a 10 day trip is 9/30 leaving 10.9 as the last night anyone from free dining will be there. On 10/10 the last will check out.

Plan accordingly if you want to avoid the extra guests.

You are my hero! I cannot wait. I'm hoping that we can use dining "snacks" for our F&WF tastings again - and woo hoo will that be a heck of a trip to WDW!

I, too, plan to check in at the very end of that promo and spend the bulk of our time there during the week to avoid crowds. Although, the last F&WF we went to, I think we went on a Sunday and it wasn't crowded at all. But, it was pouring, so maybe that had a lot to do with it.
