F&WF cookbook?

Does anyone know the number to call in order to purchase the F&WF cookbook? I called the regular Disney Merchandise number and they didn't know what I was talking about.

It has all the recipes from the Marketplace Items. We get one every year that we go.

Would somebody who has it mind posting the recipe for the lobster roll?

I know it got mixed reviews on the DIS but we thought it was great! (We don't claim to be seafood experts in Minnesota.)
