F&W...How likely am I to get a BCV 1 BDR?

Well, I've finally convinced DH that we need to do something fun for our 20th anniversary without the kids. Our anniversary is in the fall during high school football and golf seasons so we have to delay the celebration about a month to avoid missing their activities. This also puts us in the midst of Food & Wine Festival. DH makes his own beer, we both love wine and Epcot so I thought that this would be great fun.

Am I crazy to think that I might be able to get a BCV 1bdr during this timeframe given that we're BWV owners? With the 7 month window already here, I'm thinking that I may as well try and book at BCV rather than BWV? Can anyone tell me if they've tried to book a room at BCV in the last couple of weeks during this timeframe?

People were reporting luck right at the seven month point (which is to be expected). However, the closer you get to six (five, four, etc) months, the less luck you can expect. Call today and see.

I had originally booked a 2 BR at SSR (home) at the 11th month window for 10/1 thru 10/5. I called on Monday 3/6 and was able to secure a 2 BR at BCV for the same timeframe. At that point BWV was also available (at least a 2BR was). The MS rep was as shocked as I was. I would give it a shot. Either would work. WE are celebrating our 19th anniversary and the couple we are traveling with is celebrating their 20th. This is our 2nd Annual F&W trip and I am excited. It made a Disney lover out of my DH
