We just did our first food and wine festival this year. It is going on during MNNSHP, I think the food and wine goes into Novemeber further.
It is fun, you can use snack credits for the food. They have the snack icon on the price board to show you where you can use them. We took an afternonn at the world showcase to do this. We tried everything we wanted and DD did the Kidcot stations.

it's usually iin the fall, late Sept thru early Nov., so yes, it coincides with MNSSHP. We were there for both this year.
