When do they usually announce the line up?

The full lineup for last year was announced by Disney on May 29, 2015.

wdwent.com has determined the schedules regarding Wang Chung (Sept. 14-15), Starship (Sept. 16-18) and Christopher Cross (Oct. 20-21).

Fingers crossed for someone good Oct 8/9 or Wine and Dine weekend as those are the only times I know 100% I'll be at the world during f&w

If you're as focused on this as I am you can do as I did and am doing. Find the list of artists from last year, most of them will be back, then go to the websites of those acts and check their tour schedule. Often dates at F&W will appear here before elsewhere. Look here for acts:

I have an email from mid May in 2013 that I sent to a friend we planned to meet at F&W that Oct, it had the full schedule so I'm hoping to know by then. This year we miss 38. Special by one day, arriving the 12th. Last year we missed Dennis DeYoung by one. We'll see Christopher Cross for the first time, hope to see more new acts but we always like Smash Mouth so they wouldn't be a bad catch.
