F! Dining Package, why are you holding me back?

Arg! I need the F! dinner package to avoid the lines with my very impatient DH and DD. The tables I want are there, I just can't have them unless I give up the shorter wait for F! Brown Derby is a must-do for us.

We would very much like to eat:
1:00 lunch at Sci-Fi
6:00 dinner at Brown Derby

When I check avails for the day I have in mind I see avails for:
1:00 lunch at Sci-Fi
6:00 dinner at Brown Derby

However, because of F! package times I'm stuck with:
1:30 lunch at Brown Derby
no avails for Sci-Fi dinner (or at my second choice 50s PT)

What's a girl to do but stalk the reservation system in hopes that Sci-Fi opens up a spot?

I would take the Brown Derby Fantasmic lunch (it's actually the same menu for lunch & dinner)

And I'd just plan on getting counter service for dinner...that Brown Derby lunch will be very, very filling since you're getting appetizer, entree, dessert & beverage with the Fantasmic package. When we did a similar lunch time with the package, we seriously were not hungry until about 6:30 or 7:00 PM. And then we just wanted a snack & drink. We ate dinner after FAntasmic that night--like at 9:00 (FAntasmic was at 8:00 that night)
