F! and Symphony in the Stars?

Going to be in HS in January on MLK day. I know it will be busy but we are hoping to grab a early afternoon FP+ for F! which is at 7PM. Do you think we would be able to catch that show and then still make it into a good area for the Fireworks at 8PM? My DS is wacko for Star Wars so I am hoping we can fit both in the same night. If not, we can always come back another night - we have hoppers.

Thoughts? What might be a good spot for fireworks? Haven't seen them in HS before.
