EZ Pass question

We're staying off-site and renting a car from MCO. Does anyone know if we can bring our EZ Pass from home to use for tolls in the rental car?

Easy answer.....No.


Florida's toll authority doesn't participate in the EZ Pass program which is used in the Northeast. While their "SunPass" is pretty much the same thing, the systems aren't linked so they won't recognize the EZ Pass.

Florida does not use EZ-Pass, they use a different system known and their transponders are not interchangeable.

Florida has its own system and EZ Pass dosen't work with it.
