EZ car rental?

Have any of you used EZ before? Need to rent a car in San Diego, and they look to be the best fit for us. Their office is a fair distance off airport site, but it is actually very close to where we will be staying...so figured it would be great to just shuttle there, get the car, and drive about 5 mins to our hotel...then reverse it going back vs driving into the actual airport area.
But I've got no experience with them at all. Any thoughts?
