Can you tell me the pros and cons' of this agency in MCO.

Says it's right inside the terminal at MCO under the baggage claim area. Across the street to pick up the car in the parking garage.

Anyone deal with them lately, how was your experience?

Has anyone used them or even seen their cars/lot in the parking garage at MCO. Does it look like any other car rental agency located at the airport? Cars are right there right? No shuttle to cars which is good?

Tried to use them once. Walked away.

Very hard sell on the insurance, refused to believe my credit card was primary (and mine is!) and when I would not give them my personal insurance info they refused to let me have the car without their insurance.

Won't bother again.

How long ago was this? I know another diser that was there in November 12'..........never asked for an upsell, and insurance never even came up.

Dh and I used them Jan 2013 and it was great. They are in terminal. Quick, easy transaction. They tried the upsell but we said no and there was no issue

Nowhere else is even close to that price so far.
