Eyebrow Threading

I hate that threading places always seem to be right out in the open at malls.

I pluck, and have been since I was about 13. I guess because I've been doing it so long, but it's quick and painless for me, so I'll just stick with it!

Oh man - I agree with you! I would never sit out in the mall and get it done! I wouldn't even go to a place in the mall that has big windows. My place is stand-alone in a strip mall.

Good grief! Mrs. Tex read this thread over my shoulder and walked away with her hands covering her eyebrows. She doesn't thread, wax, pluck, or weed-whack her eyebrows. And I'm so very glad that men haven't gotten into this!

My hat's off to ya, ladies!

I don't have great brows so I prefer to have them shaped and maintain them. AND I see as many guys getting threaded when I go in as women, sometimes more.....so men have gotten into this.

HOW much does threading cost?

I pay $10 for brows and $6 for my upper lip, I only do the upper lip every 4 months or so though.

Well obviously, but apparently a lot of the people here have had threaders that weren't that great either. lol My point was simply that there is NO way I'll do that again after that experience.

Ours are in shops so not out in the open, but when they first came in they were in the middle of the walkway. It was weird but not too bad, I do prefer it in the shop though.
