HELP. I want to make roast beef for sandwiches. Needs to be well-done. The only way I have successfully made it is to use some sort of liquid, but I want it to taste "roast-beefy" not "pot roasty" if that makes sense. Thanks.
I put mine in the oven on 350 in a pan with a little water in the bottom with some sliced onion on top. Great flavor ...just don't get it too well done! It will be too tough to chew then! hope this helps.
