Eye Fatigue

I just realized i have eye fatigue. it's weird cuz i don't spend a whole lot of time on the computer or electronics. sure i use them but not continuously.

is there a treatment for eye fatigue other than massaging and what not?
anyone else suffer from eye fatigue?

not exactly sure what you mean? Is the eye muscle twitching?

What are your symptoms? Sometimes dry eye feels like eye fatigue. I had dry eye and I didn't realize my eyes were dry, they were just SO DARN TIRED. It was bad. It really had nothing to do with computer use or strain. It's just me!

It feels like someone is pulling my eye down like someone hanging off ur shoulder except it's your eye. It is dry to the point where it burns a bit and sometimes I feel dizzy which are some of the symptoms of eye fatigue. I looked it up .

No treatment other than massage and vitamins.

It actually sounds like dry eye. Get an appointment with an opthamologist if this doesn't go away in a few weeks.. My prescription for Restasis has made me feel much better.
