This is crazy. DH has been wanting me to get my endorsment for along time now. (shh, hes not a Harley fan.) Hes been riding for several years. He and his father go on really long rides and camp most of the time.
I agree with Maddhatir, I like being a passenger. Maybe someday though.

I am very, very, very far behind looking at this thread. However, I just had to let you ladies know, I've taken my, well, I guess I'd have to call it an obsession, with Orlando to the next level: I was in Christmas Tree Shops yesterday and purchased a POTC2MC Will Turner puzzle!! Loving it loving it! Especially with the bonus poster it came with. There was also a Captain Jack Sparrow with Davey Jones one, but Orlando just seemed to call to me. It's a 300 piece puzzle and was only $7. Sorry, just had to get that off my chest and share that information with all of you!!

I didn't feed mine either, now he is mad cause he had to make his own. Oh well, now if he was JACK that would be NO problem!!! But, he isn't.......

That is too funny....we are starving our significant others, while we look at Mr Depp and the Captain, stranger than truth thing I guess....

He took me to Cracker Barrel and has treated me pretty well today...However I did not ask him to get the POTC soundtracks to the movies, that I will get some day on my own....hehehe....

I was HONESTLY only drinking cyber RUM here when I thought of that one..I think I will add it to mine too. Just thought of that old saying from years ago, some may be old enough to remember about saving water and showering with a friend.....I think showering with Captain Jack would be a lot more fun....

OMG I just want to get my hands in his hair...leave the rest to your imagination here wenches, I am sure thinking it right now...

DH just came through and caught me looking at last nights photos and he says "What is with this guy, didn't anyone ever tell him not to wear white after Labor Day..... " Now my DH is a fashion laid back guy, jeans are his fashion staple so that makes it doubly funny. I told him Mr Depp's suit is not white it is antique white and acceptable..he just rolled his eyes and left the room....

Sorry to be OT wenches BUT!!!!

COOL! How in the world can you just forget that important piece of info!!?

I have my license (since 2000) and DH wanted me to get a bike for a long time. He would make me sit on all of them every delaership we went to! He finally gave up.

I really like being a passenger. DH has a black Road Kind Classic (the one with the soft bags) I just sit back and chill. When we go out I am the one who can have a few drinks..... etc! and not have to worry about driving. And if I drove the bike how can I put out my arms and pretend I am flying!?? (I keep myself amused, pretend to fly, sing etc ) It is the BEST feeling in the world to be on a bike.

My SIL has a sportster- she loves it.

Actually there is a HUGE run in November in Philly- The Toys for Tots- buy a toy, line up, and drive to Childrens Hospital in PA to drop off your toys- we do it every year- there are usually 10s of thousands of bikers-- it is soooooo cool! We got a call from a friend last night, he and some friends planned a run to Lancaster PA for today-- I said we are there! BUT DH said we cant BECAUSE HE HAS TO CUT THE LAWN AND PUT DOWN SOME SEED! Are you stinkin kidding me!?? THE LAWN!?, my philosophy- the lawn will be there tomorrow! needless to say- called up the friend and said "dad says we cant go!"

OT but NICE photo and Nice Bike MAD....I always loved being a passenger in my bike riding days, would not have cared to drive one. Glad I am not the only one who has held her arms out to get that flying feeling

That is rather a summer looking suit, but Mr Depp marches to his own drummer. Considering how some of his suits look on him, I thought he looked really good in it....
