lol. i don't think it was anyone on this thread. i asked who brought it to their attention, but i doubt they'll say anything.

i PMed the MOD back asking if i can send her the pictures, and if she can tell me if they're ok now(which is just absurd.....but i guess i have no choice).

and might i add.............she wasn't very nice to me....at all.

so apparently SOMEONE brought my signature to the MODs attention, and that's why i've been given such a hard time. of course, no one is saying who.

I totally agree. After i made a point of speaking out against the "moderator gods" i was flagged too. And they put my warning in my sig in 2 inch red type like some kind of scarlet letter. Very unprofessional.
I also find it interesting that as per the guidelines WISH and other "official" logos aren't subject to the size requirements, but the WPASADI logos are. Not really fair in my book.
Kristy, go to the tech forums after you get the pics resized and ask them if they are correct. If they say yes then no one can touch you. Thats what i did.

Oh and btw, "bandwith exceeded" is not anything to do with the DIS. Your photo hosting site has a limit on how many views your pics can have because each time someone looks at your pic it uses system resources on their end (bandwith). When you exceed that they will stop showing your pic for a while. It just one of those things when you have free hosting.

Honestly in the beginning we had a few people come here and basically tell us we were a bunch of hussies. DUH! PIRATE WENCH!
I think that one of them is doing it because they want this thread closed.
Honestly we are approaching a point where we might want to start thinking about starting a new thread, but if we do i think we should wait until the wenches abroad come back to port.

Sometimes they will only block a pic for a few minutes, sometimes for 24 hours, it depends on the site. Photobucket is usually pretty good about not doing it for too long.

quite unprofessional. but who are we to say, really? we're just measly pions apparently. it's ok......i've gotten ahold of someone higher up, told them the situation, and i'm awaiting a response.
