I don't know....this pic just looks creepy to me. Sorry. I Johnny...but this makes him look weird. I should say, he does look a little like Heath Ledger here. I don't think he's creepy, but he's no JD!

Actually it was funny- b/c last night I popped onto the thread and your post was the first one I saw- I ran out and turned on SH- watched it for a while- but then! I was checking other programs and THE EXORCIST was on! I LOVE Mr Depp- BUT THE EXORCIST is a must! So I switched over-

SH repeated- and I watched part of it the second time around......anyway- what I am trying to say is- Thanks for the reminder!

Whew! Gone for 3 days and I missed almost 20 pages! I drove 6 hours (roundtrip, same day) for a conference downstate Friday while still sick as a dog, but I think I gained many brownie points with the profs so it's worth it.

A late welcome back, Tara, glad you had fun. And AYE to the mini-mascot. Great idea!

As for the missed ? of the day, hmmmm. Hard to choose, especially since I haven't seen every movie, but I guess for Mr. Depp it's either Edward Scissorhands or Secret Window, and for Orli it's Kingdom of Heaven. Now, I have a confession...I've never seen any LOTR movies! You see, I had wanted to read the books first, but have never gotten through 'em yet cuz I have no time for leisure reading anymore. So I think i will just go ahead and borrow them from my friend because it's like a grave offense.

I went shopping today and picked up some great plunder...pre-ordered DMC and got a poster at TDS, some pirate school supplies (never mind how silly a late-20-something will look with a POTC folder, notebook, and pen!), a DMC key replica keychain, and a yummy black tee with Jack on it, also at TDS. I was sooo excited. I think the Captain's pleased too.
And I see Will is eyeballin some more plunder that I must get me hands on...

Welcome back! Brownie points are always great to save up for favors in the future!

strangely enough, there were NO pirates there! but there were some awesome costumes! there IS one of Johnny's Willy Wonka. the costume was AWESOME. he made it himself, he didn't buy a "packaged costume". unfortunatly DF didn't take a pic of the WHOLE costume, but you can get the gist.

well wenches- I took off today just to clean my closet and I have been glued to the boards all morning! I am going to do some work and check back in a bit, but since I watched sme of Sleepy Hollow last night- I am going to post some SH pics- in celebration of the-day-before-Halloween!

When I was wtaching the movie last night- I had a very wicked-demented-disturbing thought! I wished I was the Magistrate
