Well this is totally off topic, but I have a pic to make up for it. Last night I was in the kitchen doing something and DD4 comes running out of DD10's room yellin"There's a Kraken". She was really scared some I'm like "a what?" she keeps saying a Kraken, Kraken. I go to the room...not knowing what the f@%* I'm going to find, but I'm almost afraid to go in there(Dh was in the bathroom or I woldn't have gone)....and it was a CRICKET!!! . I'm like "Sydney, that's a CRICKET." She says "Oooooh.... CRICKET I thought it was a KRAKEN" I think all the pirate talk, and POTC movie watching has gotten to her. Now he's the obligatory OT pic:

My cats catch a lot of crickets..you do not think they mutate into Kraken do you.....

I have never seen them before and want to call an exterminator but I dont know what to call the creatures or how to describe them-- I will call the exterminator and tell them I think they may be Krakens!!!!

Ok, i'll have him delivered to your house...but when i come for him...I expect him to be in his original, unopened package. And this is the model I like

Short hair, clean shaven, slightly see through shirt, pirate "bling" dangling, and tightest jeans allowed by law. Boy will I have fun peeling those babies off.....

I'm not very computer literate (which is why I lurk rather than post) but as soon as I figure out how, I will post pics too!

They ARE brownish- not your regular looking crickett (ummm I mean-Kraken!) They have hind legs that are very pointy! -

you cant just squish them b/c they jump around all unpredictable like! you dont know which way they are going to lunge! Sometimes they jump right at you! Crazy I tell you- not me .......the Krakens!

I scream like there is no tomorrow and DH just sits there and shakes his head! I kept a dead one so I can show the exterminator!

Hi, I came back looking for you b/c I thought"Gee, I didn't even ask her what her name was". My DD4 is STILL talking about that ride. As you can see from the pic. she was ok until near the end, both DH and I turn to her to make sure she's ok and that's when we snap the pic. we love looking at everyones face in that pic. Of course you are welcome to join, even if you haven't figured out the pic-posting yet. at least now you can add comments.
