I got all my paper work in the mail today for my trip in august. Getting more excited as the day approaches

yup we will be there at the same time. we always go this week, its like our last hoorah before the kids go back to school. we love this week.
we(8 of us) will be staying at POFQ from the 25th-31st.
i cant wait, time has slowed down drastically, but im also trying not to wish the whole summer away, but its hard.

We have never gone this late in the summer & we are a bit concerned w/ heat & humidity-but hey just like you said...it's the last bit of summer & a way to celebrate before going back to school. We have 5 in our party -myself, hubby, daughter 11, son 7 & mom 80!(She gets around pretty good too!!!)
Maybe we will see each other there
I read somewhere about 1 dis member seeing another by the bag they had
Not sure exactly what they meant-but I wonder how often members pass in the park after having chatted on these boards
Are you going to be staying in alligator bayou? Or is that the old Dixie Landings area? We stayed there & loved it-poly is just so much more convenient-definitely more $ but you pay for the convenience. Hope you have a great time!!!

we always stay at POFQ,the dixie landing side. we take up 2 rooms so we try to stay moderate. plus we like the smallness of it. ive always wanted to stay the poly. my husband has mentioned now that the kids are getting older amybe we could take a short trip just the 2 of us, and thats where i would want to stay!!
it is very hot, no dount, but youre in disney, whats better than that. its going to be hot here in boston so why not be hot where i love to be, right? granted its a different kind of heat.
we'll have to compare itineraries. i ahve to grab mine and ill message you, see if we will be anywhere at the same tim.

OK-Still learning how to do things on this-I'll figure it out!
We have all of our dining res. (free dining- )
we just go with the flow as far as parks go. I am still debating on doing the luau-we did it before but I am not sure-it's so much fun
I have read a post about a cruise during Illuminations-we have never done that -it sounds exciting though. It will be great though. This was a surprise trip especially for our daughter who wanted to go so badly-she did very well in school graduated from 6th grade -high honors in all subjects & presidential award for excellence-so I guess I won't complain about the heat
