I hope you guys set up to play. Really with a team like ours, we have no compeition from the other forums. With as crafty, and our time management skills we should wipe this one!!!

It sounds fun but I don't know if I will have the time to dedicate. Between the wedding planning and work. I could barely keep up with the threads that lead up to the big announcement.

I signed up (with the Weddings board as one of my top three!)...

I realize that some brides may find it too time consuming (if their wedding is scheduled within the next 5 months or so)...but I'm hoping they can contribute by supporting their team and cheering everyone on!!

Since you play as a team I would think that it is split. I was around the last time but did not play for some reason. It sounds like from everything that I have heard a HUGE blast!

I haven't played before, but I remember when it was being played. I think it will be fairly time consuming, but not to the point where you can't have a life outside of it, you know?

I know that the mods running it have said that they are looking at how to schedule the individual "tasks" (probably running from Wendesday to Tuesday so you have the weekend to work on it), and it supposedly starts December 1, so people will be busy with holiday stuff too (and I'm sure that's been taken into account). Also, folks will be placed on teams so you can share the workload.

There is a thread on the CB that has lots of info...give me a sec and I'll post the link... Okay...CLICK HERE this link will take you to todays thread (it's very long) but you might search through Tim Gunns posts as "he" is answering questions for folks.

I think they are still working on ways for non-US residents to participate...I know "Tim" mentioned something about it in his posts earlier...let me check...

I've asked that all non-US residents that are interested in playing along to PM me. Once I hear how they want to handle their registrations I will them PM everyone back and tell them the plan. Plus we will post the info.

I applied too, now we have to wait until after Thanksgiving and see if we make a team. Sounds like so much fun!! I will be out of town though from Dec 10-15. That makes me a little nervous, but We Can Do It!!!

Did it say anywhere how long it will run? We will be out of town the whole week of Christmas and I may be able to get to a computer periodically, but I don't know for sure. I was a guest judge one time on another WPASADI and it was pretty fun, but VERY time consuming. Once the teams get smaller I believe it becomes an individual competition, so don't join it just because you think you'll have teammates to help you

If anyone can tell me the dates I would love to join too!

I signed up!! I will be done with college...OMG...I cannot believe I am graduating! I will be outta town from Dec 14-20..DF booked a trip to WDW as my graduation gift (so sweet)
