I'm bawling!! The lady that got married tonight was awesome! She was gorgeous and had the personality to match!! I've watched it before but tonight was really good. Anyone else see it?

I've never seen this show, what network carries it? Sounds interesting... is this just makeup/hair makeovers or the one that does plastic surgery?

surgeries too, Bythesea.
It is very extreme and makes it all look a bit too easy IMHO but it also changes people's lives (probably mostly good changes).
I don't do surgery on my clients though. (They just think I can )

Ex. *client holds up a pic of Heather Locklear* "I want to look JUST like HER!!"

I agree. Both women looked absolutely gorgeous. I love this show. I can't believe how different everyone looks at the end.

I love this show but I agree there is alot more to it than of course what they show. If you want the real version of what you really go thru you can see the surgery and healing part on Discovery Health channel if you can stomach it, LOL.

My best friend just had a nose job on tuesday. That is the only thing she has always been unhappy with. She has a big bump on her nose and they shaved it off.
If I ever have the money I am getting the bags removed from under my eyes but that is the only thing I want to have done.
There are some people that will never be happy with themselves no matter how many times they change their looks.
I think they are very careful about who they pick on this show.

I love watching Extreme Makeover's, but just couldn't stay awake last night. I followed the link given by Pete's mom (Pete is ADORABLE) and WOW! They both look great.

I love to watch it. Those people look awesome when its all over. Its amazing house having a nose job or your teeth done give you a whole new look. The only thing I dont like about it is how long you have to be away from your family--normally 6 to 7 weeks.

Deena I agree.....7 weeks is a long time. But wow!

It wouldn't work for me though, the only thing I hate about my body is this weight....and I don't think there is much they could do in just 7 weeks....Wish they could just shave it off LOL!!!!

But I would love to see what a prof. make up artist and hair stylist would do....

I Like the fact that they do people who REALLY need it, not ones that just want to improve thier looks. That woman they did last night, the nurse, WOW what a difference! She turned out the best of ALL of them. Did anyone see Oprah yesterday? They had the first 6 contestants on, they all still look good.

I did see Oprah yesterday and your right, they all looked good. I thought the lady who was going to her high school reunion looked better on Oprah then on Extreme Makeovers. I liked her hair more now.
