I got an email from SouthWest Airlines today- it said you would get double points for any flights booked and flown from Sept 17- Oct. 30.
My flight to Florida is Oct 6-8.
I signed up for the promo (you do have to sign up) and then I was able to cancel my flight,and rebook for the same price- and I actually got a non stop flight on my way down (where it wasn't non stop before- so I can leave a little later but still get there at the same time, and not change planes!) Talk about a win/win! Hopefully, some of you flying on SWA soon can take advantage, too!
I need 7 points to earn my next free flight, so after this flight, I will only need 3 points!
