When we booked last month we couldn't get a room for our first night (we already bought our plane tickets, though). At that time I couldn't make DME arrangements for our arrival since technically we did not have a room yet for that first night. Well, over the course of the last 3 weeks I have called repeatedly and made, cancelled, re-made a few different room reservations for that first night. During each of those calls it never occurred on me to make reservations for DME. Well finally last week it dawned on me to call about DME. The CM was nice enough. She explained that she'd send out the DME packet, and it might arrive on time or it might not. She said there would be no problem with us getting on DME as long as we had our resort reservation paperwork. The only glitch would be our luggage. Without DME yellow tags we might have to pick-up our own luggage and bring it to the DME Welcome Center. Though not as convenient, that did not seem so bad to me. Besides, it served me right for being such an air-head, right...???
Well, the next day I received an express package. That CM had put my DME material together and had it sent express to me. How wonderful is that!!!??? I have to tell you, I am as pleased as punch since this is a girls-only trip and without DH I was not looking forward to schlepping through MCO with luggage.
