Extra per person room charge question...

Stupid question, but here goes: If you do have one to three kids, Disney is going to charge either $10 (value), $15 (moderate), or $20 (deluxe) for each child, right? The reason I ask is we are having a DFTW vow renewal next year and my Save the Date said any more than two adults per room then the above rates will apply. I was surprised by that and it could add $45 per night at POFQ for a fam of 5!!!!!! I have been DVC for the past three years so I have never considered this until now?!

Not to be the bearer of bad news, but I think it actually adds $25 for deluxe...at least it did for our trip this December.

You misread it a little bit, the rates are for any additional adults over the limit of 2 per room, not children. Unless you have kids that are over 18, it wouldn't apply to you.

Yes, it is $10 (value), $15 (moderate), or $25 (deluxe) for each child (if the
child is over 18 years of age).
DVC does not charge extra.

The Family Suites at All Star Music does not charge extra for extra adults in the same room. 1-6 adults can stay in the Family Suites for the same set price!

DH and I stayed in a Family Suite at All Star Music ( a value resort) lin Sept. 2006.

We really enjoyed the Queen size bed, the kitchenette with the microwave, having a sofa and cushioned chair to sit on and relax after a day at the parks before retiring for the evening.

I thought the pullouts very comfortable.

They are designed so the back cushion and seat cushion of the pullout support the pullout. There is no metal bar to hurt the sleepers back.

Thanks!! It actually becomes almost a better deal since no extra person fee. I didn't know that they even had the suites until after we booked our stay in the all star sports this past June (2 rooms - 5 adults). Thanks again!
