Just been looking at the uk offer and folowed link to resturants http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/me...agespecific/en_GB/tickets/DiningLocations.pdf .and it states payment of a surcharge for certian menu entrees.Have looked at usa list for 2007 and not mentioned on there ( WGPC not on list).Also same for planet holywood.Also more epcot places added
