On our trip in July we are planning on doing extra morning hours at Magic Kingdom, Epcot and maybe Animal Kingdom.

1-What attractions are open for EMH?

2-How early should we arrive for EMH?

3-Are things that we should avoid?

4-I am assuming on these days they still do he welcome show.

I'll assume that you mean AM Extra MAGIC Hours.

1- Click HERE.

2- 30 min. before posted EMH opening time.

3- Avoid going to attractions that take the most TIME (like small world and Mickey's PhilharMagic) during the EMH.
Also, if you can't get inside the AM EMH park within the first 15-20 minutes, you will have missed your best time to actually take advantage of the EMH.

4- At MK, (the only real "show") that now only takes place at REGULAR opening time, even on AM EMH mornings.

In that link it said that the monorail runs on a fixed time and it doesn't seem to run during EMH. When do the buses start running to EMH parks?

Resort-to-park buses will be on the road (to ALL theme parks) around 6:30AM, give or take, daily.
If MK opens at 7AM, they will be running even earlier.
