Extra Magic Hours ??

I'm a bit confused with this program, and need your help.

We will be at WDW June 26 - 30, and I've looked at the Park operating hours. The schedule indicates that MGM will be operating from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. ** with evening Magic Hours on June 26th. Since the schedule shows **, indicating the evening Magic Hours, does that mean the park will be open an additional 3 hours in the evening, or some other additional length of time?

I'd appreciate an simple explanation of the Magic Hours, thanks.

The way it worked when we were there for test run last May was the posted hours on site are anybody can be in parks. Than Resort guests get to stay another 3 hours if it's evening or get in 1 hour early if it's morning EMH. For evening ones you will need to go to one of the locations listed to pick up your wrist band no sooner than 2 hours prior to regular(posted) park closing. You will need to show your resort key to get wristband.

From the information that you have given us, it looks like MGM will be open until 1:00 in the morning on the night of Jun 26 (for Resort guests only of course).

EMH times are not posted on the regular schedule, you have to add it up yourself. So if MGM's posted time is 9a-10p and it's morning EMH, then resort guest can go in at 8a, or conversely if it's evening EMH, then MGM will be open for EMH another 3 hrs after 10p.
