I have seen new of the extra magic hours and noticed that it said "select resorts", but the headlines on the DIS board says that it is for guests at all resorts.

Continue your adventures even after the Theme Parks close if you are staying at select Walt Disney World® Resort hotels from May 9 until May 22, 2004. On select nights, one of the four Theme Parks will be open an extra three hours for you to enjoy some favorite attractions. Just use your Key to the World card or Resort I.D. to pick up a wristband and you're in! For early risers, there is also the Extra Magic Hours benefit in the morning to get a head start on your enchanting Theme Park visit. On designated mornings, one of the four Theme Parks will open one hour early so you can pop in to enjoy select attractions. Valid Theme Park ticket and Resort I.D. required. "
