Extra Magic Hours

Is it true that Disney will be doing away with Extra Magic Hours sometime in the near future?

This has been a rumor for a long time now so its safe as of now but it could happen i don't think it will though. We're going to just wait and see if disney confirms this rumor.

We are going in October and we are just at the 180 day mark. The calendars for that time are out already and they still list EMH.

Some summer hours have been cut since the original release of those dates, so I don't doubt they may go away.

I have doubts that they'd suddenly get rid of them after publishing, since they are a selling point for their resorts. More likely that they will announce they will be discontinued at a future date at least 6 months out, when they are ready to announce the replacement feature (likely to underwhelming response from us... )
