I know for the morning EMH, they check resort id's, correct? How does it work for evening EMH? Do they clear the parks, then let people back in? Do you get a bracelet?

They don't clear the parks, but you do get a bracelet. A couple hours before the "official" park closing, they'll start checking resort IDs and handing out the bracelets.

There is 1 location at the entrance and few locations inside the park to get the bracelets. The lines are typically shorter inside the park.
