Extra Magic Hours - Would this work?

Doing 2 days of Universal with a one night stay at the Hard Rock Hotel and then we get to express line everything ... well worth it. Want to do a few days at Disney too and need to know if this Extra Magic Hour idea would work for our 2 day visit!

Checkin Disney Resort on afternoon of Day One
Go to Evening Magic Hour Park and get Wristband to stay late and enjoy.

Day Two
Go to Morning Magic Hour Park (Early) and ride all the good stuff

Question -
Can I checkout before I go to the Park on Day 2 or do I need to send someone back to checkout while we ride ... or does Disney have any late checkout?

Been to Disney tons of times so we usually do our favorites at 3 parks in 1 day (crazy I know) but my husband has been going there since it was just a monorail and we have been at least 8+ times so we know what we want to see and do and can find our way around fast! Usually fitting the visit into a trip to visit family.

I think that would be fine, but if you ask me evening EMH is not worth it - too crowded.

With only 2 days you have to take advantage of all the time you can get. At Universal your express pass access to for the full day you check in and the full day you check out.

I am trying to understand if I will be able to the Early magic hours even if I have checked out for that day.

Anybody know?

Yes you get them on the day you check in and on the day you check out so if you got to the hotel and checked in about 7am and there were morning EMH at a park you could go to those on the day you check in- you can also stay around long enough to enjoy the evening EMH on the day you check out.
