Extra Magic Hours/Which days?

I did a search on here, and I cannot find this information. Which parks have Extra Magic Hours on which days? I don't have this information in the Passporter that I bought, and I would really like to know this for planning purposes!

So if it says 9:00 - 10:00 for example for the Magic Kingdom, and it was green for late EMH, that would mean it's really 9:00 - 1:00? I think I have it figured out!
