Extra Magic Hours on Check Out Day

We are doing a split stay over 3 week this June/July. Getting the most out of both our DVC points and our AP! Starting off at Vero (checking out July 2 and driving over to the Poly early in the morning). We will be at the Poly July 2-9. Then finishing out our last full week offsite at Vistana.

I know we become "guests" of the Poly at 6:00 am and can use the pool/park magic hours on check in day. When it comes to check out day, however, would we still be able to use night time EMH that July 9th? We usually hit the road early so this has never come up. I lean towards no since we've checked out, but the better half thinks since we were still guests on the 9th we could.

Anyone ever have this conundrum? Either way, we're super excited to have so much grown up time at Disney this summer!

Yes, all onsite perks remain intact on your checkout day and you can enjoy the evening EMH.

You can use early EMH prior to checking in and you can use evening EMH on your check out day up until the parks close

Slicing down to the precise meaning of "checking in..."
guests cannot have access to EMH until they have checked into their WDW resort.

They do not need to have PHYSICALLY gone to their resort, but they must at least have used on-line check-in, and
have stated their check-in time as an hour at or before the EMH start-time.
Otherwise, they won't be listed as a WDW resort guest, and are not eligible for EMH.

And, once a guest has used on-line check-in, they are considered to be fully
checked in, and many (most?) will never even need to visit the resort desk during their trip.
