They close always at the same time, which is usually 8pm.

No. They do not close at 8PM.
AND NO. The Food Booths are not open during EMH. They close at the posted Epcot closing time

We own at BCV. We visit Epcot 4 or 5 nights of each 7 night trip. We have gone the last 15 years
They never closed for us at 8

The only time I’ve encountered a festival kiosk closing early was during Christmas, because I had my heart set on getting turkey after the 6:45 CP.

The kiosks close at the regular park time dont they? I made the mistake once of assuming they'd be open during EMH. Well, they werent. Pretty sure it was closed at park time.

The booths close when Illuminations begins.

However, if you are looking for snacks and drinks during PM EMH, many places (like LaCava, the beer carts in Mexico and Germany, Karamel Kuche, bakeries, etc.) stay open till closing.

That sounds about right. Im pretty sure i saw some booths closing down just before illuminations began. But I figured that was only select booths....I thought most would remain open during EMH (dunno why i thought that, wishful thinking). Boy was i disappointed. So if the park closes at 9pm, then yes the booths would start to close just before that i suppose.

Years ago they were open during EMH, but apparently Disney couldn't deal with short lines. LOL
