Extra magic hours and transportation hours

We are staying at Fort Wilderness and also want to take advantage of the Extra Magic evening hours. I know the transportation for boat/buses/monorail starts an hour before the park opens, but how long after the park closes does the transportation keep going? Do they extend the transportation hours on Extra Magic evenings? I just don't want to get stuck!

You won't get stuck. Some mode of transportation will be operating at least an hour after park closing, aka until the last Guest is gone (but don't think that means you can dawdle on Main Street, or hide in the restroom somewhere - after a point, Cast Members will cheerfully but firmly be assisting Guests out of the park )

WDW Watercraft serving the separate routes from the MK to the FWC and WL run until about 1 hour after the EMHs end. Blue flag motor launches serving the CR, WL and FWC on Bay Lake cease operation at 11:30 pm regardless.

All other WDW Watercraft cease operation about 45 minutes after the normal posted MK closing time and do not operate for EMHs.

Do for what? Please be more specific.

Buses continue to run for 2 hours after EMHs end, if that is what you mean.

Sorry, what I mean is the evening EMH are for 3 extra hours after the park closes. So if the buses only run for 2 hours after park closing, what do people do if they stay the full 3 EMH's?

ex) MK closes at 8:00 pm for the general public. EMH that evening would go to 11:00 pm. If the buses stop running at 10:00 pm (2 hours after park closing), what do people do if they want to stay until 11:00 pm?

Hope that makes sense now. I'm just really worried about being stuck!

When the posters are talking about 1 or 2 hours after park closing they mean the EMH closing time when it is an EMH night.

That is considered the closing time of that particular park, not what time it closes to the public.

Park is considered closed at the end of the EMH, not just general public closing. You won't be stuck, don't worry.
