Extra Magic hours and making dining PS's?

When does Disney post the parks open each day for the extra magic hours? I saw a schedule, and looks pretty consistent, but some days it varies between extra hours after closing for MK and Studios. I'm wondering how to plan my priority seatings at 90 days out, if I don't know which parks open/close early.

I'm getting close to the 90 day window. I'm just going to make my PS, then I'll probably have to change everything when park hours are released.

I wish Disney left PS's at 60days....that seems to be when they're able to firm up their hours. Having us make PSs at 90days is very difficult. Esp. when they've been mucking around w/ the EMH schedule. I'm going the end of April/May and was in the same boat. Made the reservations based on best guess as to park hours. Turned out I did ok for the April portion (though of course it could still change). Still waiting for May.....
