Yes they are. They had cancelled it at the first of the year, then on Jan 12th, they reinstated the EMH after "coming to an agreement with Disney". I called and verified this myself because had they not given us the EMH we were going to cancel our reservations with them. If you go to the shades of green website, it has the info listed. BTW, you can also see how much it raised the ticket prices at SOG, which is obviously the "result" of their "agreement".
