Extra magic hour-Which park, which day?

I am going to Disney in August with family and friends. Due to the size of our group, we decidee to stay in a villa off Disney (boo-hoo). Can anyone tell me which parks have the extra magic hour on which days. I haven't seen it anywhere and want to avoid those parks on those days. I have a simple itinerary planned, so it is still in the adjustable stage. Thanks (in advance) as always for all your great help.

Wednesday - Epcot
Tuesday/Saturday - Disney-MGM
Monday/Friday - AK
