Extra Magic Hour/ Magic Morning Dining

If I booked a dining reservation in the park during extra magic hour/magic morning, can we still get into the park before park opening for our dining reservation even though the tickets that we have do not give us magic morning and we are not staying at a Disney hotel?

Yes. There is a special entrance on the far left side of turnstiles, they will have a list of names.

We have a reservation at Ariel's Grotto at 9am and DCA officially opens at 10. What time should we get to the park?

Yup. I specifically schedule breakfast with Minnie for that reason. We use a day we don't have early admission and run into the parks on the side without waiting in line.
