Extra Magic Hour day?

When/how can I find out what park will have the " Extra Magic Hour Day"? I should try to avoid that park on that day, correct? I'm staying @ WL Villas. TY.

Unless you plan to be there for the EMH (an hour early) the general consensus seems to be "avoid that park." touringplans.com has a "best days" interactive page with advice on which park for which day, or many seem to do the "day after" park, going to the park that had EMH the day before.
