Extra Magic Hour at DCA in Sundays

we have done Monday before but not Sunday. Are the crowds significantly worse on a Sunday? How early to line up?

Because EMH is usually earlier on weekend (7am or so) because the parks open earlier, I've found that it's better! Honestly, in the past, it seems like the earlier the EMH, the less crowded it is! Works for me! I guess most people just can't get up and out that early!
