Has anyone ever stayed for the evening EMH's and can tell me how they got back to the Fort using Disney transportation. I don't want to get stuck. Thanks!
It is absolutely not a problem. From the MK, take the boat, as normal. From the other parks, the bus is your best bet. And, for whatever reason, the Ft. Wilderness bus stops at the parks are placed more conveniently than for some of the other resorts (I think that is to keep the WL folks from complaining). Of course, you can take the Monorail back from Epcot, but then you would have to transfer to the resort Monorail, and then catch the boat from the MK. The official word is that transportation runs for one hour after the park closes. You could get yourself in a situation with Monorail idea on an EMH night- so go with the bus to be safe.
So if we decide to stay, for example, at AK past the 5:00 closing time until about 7:00 for the EMH, there are still buses running then to every resort? Wondering too since we'll be going to the Aloha show one of the nights we are there.

I agree with TCD. We have stayed for EMH in every park several times and have never had a problem. Once, the wait for the boat was about 30 minutes, but there was a "million" people waiting for the boat to the fort. Most of the time it moves pretty quick.
