Extra fp+?

We got back from our trip on June 1st and I had a question about fp. We noticed on MDE app on our 3rd and 4th days that each person in our party (4) received 2 extra fastpasses to use any time for any ride. I stopped at guest services to ask what this meant and he said it was awesome. He said to scan our magic bands when we wanted to go on a ride. We didn't have to make a fast pass reservation. We could literally use it anytime, anywhere. So, of course, we did and it was indeed awesome! The thing is, we have no idea why we got these. I told my husband that this was like gold. It was like they paid us money! Has this happened to anyone before? The only thing we can think of is that the day before, my husband politely complained to our resort to concierge (AKL) about the long bus waits to and from the parks during that day. The next day, the buses ran great and we assumed the problem was fixed and then this happened. Strange...in a great way.

The extra, anytime FPs are used as "Guest Recovery" to make up for any type of inconvenience. A nice "gift" to you due to the busing!

Thanks. That was the only thing we could think of for receiving it. I hated to complain, but the extra fast passes were gold!

This happened to us too. When I asked at the front desk the CM told me that housekeeping asked them to put the fastpasses on our account. The only thing that was even remotely wrong was that they knocked the bed rail off of the bed.

We received them for every day of our trip because of an email I wrote to the exec office. I was told before they put them in my acct, though.
